1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Upkeep Home mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SteviCOM ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Upkeep Home is a mobile application that helps users manage home maintenance tasks, schedules, documents, and related household information. The App may include both free and premium subscription-based features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Premium Features

The App may offer a premium subscription plan with additional features. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features will be presented before purchase.

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or store in the App ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. It must not violate any applicable law, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful or objectionable material.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by SteviCOM and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteviCOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteviCOM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms
